The Dueler H/T D689 is Bridgestone's highway-terrain tyre for SUVs and larger 4x4s that focuses on tarmac with a tread pattern that helps channel water away. Dueler H/T D689 features wide tread grooves and open channeling on the outer edge that provide water an exit. Bridgestone also included a continuous tread section that helps with straight line driving at motorway speeds. The surrounding tread blocks provide support and stability to the tyre during braking and cornering.
The casing of the Dueler H/T D689 helps support even tread wear on the tyre by helping distribute the vehicle's weight along the tread, provided the tyre's pressure and the vehicle's wheel alignment are correct.
