The Bridgestone A005E is an all season passenger car tyre that is engineered for wet road braking. An example of Bridgestone’s Nano Pro-Tech. This compound works for a range of temperatures due to high silica content. It has a V-shaped tread which has a unique drainage design due to grooves running from the centre of the tread to the outer edge. Snow and winter weather are not an issue for the A005E as it has slits in the tread and block edges which help maintain grip. Rounded edges for the tread blocks help the A005E maintain a consistent pressure as it rolls.
The A005E is the enhanced version of the Weather Control A005 and Bridgestone promises that the A005E lasts 20% longer than the previous tyre. The A005E carries the 3PMSF sidewall marking which allows the A005E to be used in winter. The Bridgestone A005E can be found on Tyres.co.uk.
