The BFGoodrich All-Terrain T/A KO2 is a tough all-terrain 4x4 tyre designed to preserve sidewall integrity on rugged terrain while offering good traction on loose terrain. When considering construction and design, it is clear that the BFGoodrich All-Terrain T/A KO2 focuses on sidewall integrity. CoreGard Technology utilises the sidewall rubber from the BFGoodrich Baja T/A KR2 race tyre. The outer sidewall has been made thicker in order to resist rock and rut bruising and splitting. The outside serrated blocks actively engage in the soft terrain, and the stone ejector system between the tread blocks assist in the removal of stones that become trapped.

BFGoodrich claims that KO2’s sidewall rubber is 20% tougher than KO’s. The model that KO2 has replaced. The tread features a series of slits that, when under load, support the blocks by locking the tread together. The 3PMSF mark on the tread indicates the tyre’s compliance with the snow traction aid standard, and severe snow traction performance has been achieved. These tyres are amazing, and I feel confident driving in any weather conditions. I live in a cottage on a remote Scottish hillside and these tyres always get me home, snow, ice, mud and heavy rain are no problem for these tyres. I've had them for a year and they show no signs of wear.

A well-designed tyre and handles more than 35,000 miles a year and a set can achieve 100,000 miles with an L200 that is always in 4WD. Great for moving puddles, but less impressive for gripping bends while overall it is comfortable and not for racing.
