Arivo ARZ4 tread emphasises getting rid of surface water through an asymmetric summer tyre tread pattern. Four longitudinal grooves help remove water from the tread and facilitate braking on wet surfaces as well as reducing the likelihood of aquaplaning. The outer tread is intended to ensure stable handling and features tiny slits throughout the tread pattern for better performance on wet roads.
When it comes to straight-line operation, this tyre pattern offers a continuous rib tread design and is supposed to ensure smooth tread operation. This tyre is meant for summer conditions at temperatures above 7 degrees. It has the tread design for dry and wet road operation, but not for winter road conditions.
