Designed for cars, rather than vans, 4x4s or commercial vehicles.
Built to handle both summer and winter conditions, so the same tyres can stay on all year instead of being swapped twice.
A stronger sidewall lets this tyre carry more weight than a standard tyre of the same size. Marked XL on the sidewall.
195/60 R15 tyres are fitted as standard on some older family cars like the Ford Focus and Vauxhall Astra, amongst others. The 195 is the width in mm. 60 refers to the ratio: in this case 60% of 195mm is the sidewall of 117mm. R15 signifies a radial tyre on a 15-inch rim, giving an overall diameter of 615mm. The 117mm sidewall of these cars absorbs the undulations of the road. We have 195/60 R15 tyres in stock at Tyres.co.uk.
