175/65 R13 is a small-car tyre size typically found on older models of the Volkswagen Polo and SEAT Ibiza. The numbers in the size indicate the width in mm (175) and the percentage of the width that constitutes the height of the sidewall (65). The R designates that it is a radial tyre that would fit a 13-inch rim. The overall diameter is 558mm. The increased sidewall height would help absorb some road irregularities. Tyres.co.uk sells this size tyre.

Part of the size	Value	What it means
Section width	175	The width of the tyre across the tread, measured in millimetres.
Profile (aspect ratio)	65	Sidewall height as a percentage of the width - here, 65% of 175 mm (about 114 mm).
Construction	R	Radial construction, which is what nearly all road tyres use.
