Product description & features

The Tristar Ecopower 3 uses wide grooves to carry water away from the road and directly through the tread to the rear of the tyre. Smaller, cross channels, along the slits in the tread to provide additional braking and cornering edge on wet tarmac, also aid the movement of water. These outer tread blocks help with steering response during lane changes.

Even the tread design helps with even pressure distribution and, consequently, even tread wear. The rolling resistance of the tyre has also been considered. The Tristar Ecopower 3 is available on our online shelves at Tyres.co.uk.

I am very pleased with these tyres. They have transformed my Volkswagen Golf. They give me confidence when cornering and I have increased my overall safety with them due to their exceptional grip and handling in wet conditions. I also have increased my fuel economy with these tyres so I consider them a solid upgrade from my previous set.

I have been using Tristar Ecopower 3 tyres for a couple of months now and I must say I am really impressed. In both dry and wet conditions they perform outstandingly. I was also pleasantly surprised that I experience no issues with road noise. I also feel that they grip well and the tread is wearing evenly. I will definitely consider these for my next vehicle. They have really improved the driving experience on my Ford Focus and made me feel safer on the road.
