The Rotalla RF10 summer passenger car tyre features an asymmetrical tread design with an outer edge optimised for cornering, leaving water-shedding channels located in the middle of the tyre. The tread blocks along the outer edge have been made more rigid to support the tyre during cornering. One of the features of the Rotalla RF10 is straight-line stability, which is aided by the central tread of the tyre. The RF10 tyre also has grooves that run in the direction of travel to feed water into smaller connecting channels.

Longer, faster, and more direct travel requires a different approach to the design of a tyre, and the Rotalla RF10 is no different. During cornering, the outer edge of the tyre bears the majority of the load.
