The Rotalla F109 is a summer tyre designed for passenger vehicles and optimised for driving in wet conditions. Designed for temperatures above 7 degrees, it utilises a tread with connected grooves that transport water away from the contact patch. Additional edges for braking and turning are formed by the interlocking tread blocks and slits within the pattern. The solid tread blocks on the outer edge provide support for the tyre during roundabouts and lane changes.
The construction supports shape retention of the casing due to braking and accelerating which results in excellent steering control for city driving and motorway use.
