The Rotalla 4 Season RA03 tyre features a directional tread pattern to disperse water on wet roads, and is designed for all season use. In winter, dirt and moisture cause the road to become slippery. For this reason, Rotalla has incorporated shallow slits in the tyre blocks to aid the grip in these conditions. There are also a number of deep, winding grooves in the tread design to facilitate evacuation of water when the roads are wet. Tread block stability on dry roads improves the control of the vehicle.
The construction of the tyre also improves the likelihood of even wear through even distribution of pressure across the tyre. The construction sipes, the directional nature of the tread, and the arrangement of stable blocks accommodate the variety of road conditions throughout the year.
