The Pirelli Cinturato All Season SF2 is a premium all-season car tyre designed to prioritise both wet-road and snow performance even as the tyre wears. It uses a V-shaped tread with zigzag central grooves that direct water away from the contact patch. The SF2 uses fine 3D sipes that create biting edges in cold, damp conditions. As the sipes wear, they continually open to create more edges.

The reinforced sidewalls some versions come with allow for Continue Driving after pressure loss. Puncture sealing versions also use a reinforced sidewall to close holes in the tread. In various weather conditions, the tyres have performed excellently. They coped excellently with the last downpour. They are very quiet and I always feel the grip. I have not measured it with a tread depth gauge, but subjectively there seems to be enough. The negative point is the complete absence of rim protection. This is especially the case with the front wheels, one of which already has some kerb scuffs.
