Product description & features

The Nankang AS-2+ has been designed as a high-performance ultra summer tyre that uses a unique asymmetric tread pattern. The design separates the water clearing area of the tread from the solid outer edge used during cornering. The AS-2+ has front to back grooves which connect to open channels in the tread to remove standing water. Solid blocks on the outer edge of the tread support the tyre during cornering, while the outer edge of the tread supports an unbroken strip during acceleration and braking.

The Nankang AS-2+ has been designed for high-performance summer use, and the tyre has been designed to have stability under acceleration and braking. The arrangement of the tread blocks has been designed to minimise road noise at high speeds. Tyres.co.uk sells the Nankang AS-2+.
