Product description & features

The Michelin Primacy 3 is a summer touring tyre designed for long-distance driving. Primacy 3 features a self-locking tread design and AutoBlock technology. AutoBlock technology incorporates razor-thin slits that lock under load. During braking and cornering, the slits limit movement of the tread rubber. The Primacy 3 incorporates bevelled edges that break the water film at the groove surface before it contacts the road. Michelin’s tread rubber incorporates a unique combination of silica and plasticisers, to balance dry and wet grip throughout the service life of the tyre.

The Michelin Primacy 4 succeeded the Primacy 3. The tyre also comes in a run-flat version. The run-flat version allows for a 50 miles range at 50 mph under certain conditions set out by Michelin. At Tyres.co.uk, we stock the Michelin Primacy 3, including run-flat versions.
