The Marshal MU12 is a high-performance summer tyre utilising a silica blend to aid in grip and traction on summer road conditions. A channel design consisting of four wide, longitudinal grooves helps evacuate and manage surface water and aid grip under wet summer conditions. A stiffened rib design in the tread aids in grip and stability for high speed travel on summer motorways (interstates).
Cornering and roundabout (circles) driving is aided by the blocking design on the shoulder tread which helps support steering response and flex resistance as the tyre is subjected to cornering forces.
