The Marshal MH22 is designed to tackle aquaplaning in passenger cars during the summer. The directional grooves push water out of the tyre. There are water exit channels across the tyre. Summer driving needs quick water removal and these two design elements accomplish that. There are cornering blocks of tread to help maintain water exit and a rib for straight-line stability at motorway speeds. It was designed to handle the average roughness of different road surfaces.
The reinforced construction options for the Marshal MH22 have the XL mark on the sidewall and are built for heavier vehicles. Tyres.co.uk has all the standard and reinforced XL options of this tyre.
