The Hansinway FOCUS H/T is designed for motorway and tarmac driving. The tyre's tread design is road driving dominant but is designed for light off road driving. For wet driving conditions, FOCUS H/T employs a tread design with channels and grooves that run along the tyre and across the tread, aiding moisture evacuation from the tread. The design of the tread's centre is meant for stability and control of the vehicle when driving in a straight line. The block design along the outer tread assists stability and control of the vehicle when driving through corners and when changing lanes.
The layout of the tread blocks minimises road induced vibration and noise, especially over longer drives. Some variations of this tyre have been manufactured with higher load specifications, and the tyre casing is designed to control and improve the uniformity of wear of the tyre when in use.
