The Hankook Vantra ST AS2 (RA30) is a 3PMSF all-season van tyre engineered for winter use in a commercial setting. Its tread design is aimed to assist the entry of the tyre into the surface of wet and icy materials. Its block movement during braking and cornering is controlled by the 3D interlocking siping. Some of the shoulder block structures are supported by closed semi-shoulders.
The 3PMSF mark indicates the tyre has fulfilled the requisite of snow traction, while M+S indicates that the tread is of the mud and snow variety. When a tyre is replaced, satisfying both designations ensures that the vehicle retains its all-season commercial specification for the entire year.
