The Hankook SmartFlex DH35 is one of a kind in the drive-axle range of commercial tyres. It is designed to accommodate the needs of heavily laden trucks on regional delivery routes as well as on motorway journeys. The drive-axle braking and acceleration system is made more efficient with a tread pattern of interlocking blocks. 3D sipes are used to cover the blocks in the pattern to provide additional braking edges in the case of damp conditions. The shoulder of the tyre is reinforced, and the casing is designed to absorb the effect of kerb contact and high rotational loads. The tread pattern and the blocks are designed to provide a longer life of the tyre, even with the wear and tear of constant use.
