The Haida HD618 is a summer tyre for passenger cars designed for stable performance on the motorway in warm weather. The multi-rib tread pattern creates stable drive and reduces tread movement. Long grooves run front to back to remove water from the contact patch. Cornering and lane change stability is supported by outer blocks, while vertical slits add biting edges for better wet traction.
The casing of the tyre is designed to distribute the load of the vehicle across the tread to aid even wear while the tyre is in regular use. The HD618 has been designed for use in temperatures above 7 degrees Celsius, and is likely to be best suited for use in daily commuting and driving on the town and motorway during the warm months.
