  • E
Fuel Efficiency / Rolling Resistance: E

Rolling resistance has a direct impact on fuel consumption. A tyre's rolling resistance score ranges from A to E.

  • D
Wet Grip / Braking Performance: D

A tyre's wet grip capacity is expressed in Grades from A to E. The difference in braking distances between each grade is roughly 3m - an average car length.

  • 72B
Noise Emission / Exterior Noise: 72

The exterior noise grade of a tyre is expressed in decibels and accompanied by an external rolling noise rating - ranging from A (least exterior noise) to C (highest level of noise).

Product description & features

The Goodride GSR+1 summer tyre has been specifically designed for passenger cars for spring, summer, and autumn use in the UK. Goodride GSR+1 has an asymmetric tread and a summer-oriented tread pattern that features four wide longitudinal grooves. These grooves help remove standing water, and aid in the development of new braking and lateral channels. A wet- and dry- traction improving and rolling resistance reducing tyre compound, is used for the improvement of wet grip and rolling resistance. The outer blocks provide braking and cornering support when the tyre is in use on dry roads.

The tyre casing has also been designed to provide support for the tyre when it is at the recommended pressure, and the vehicle’s wheel alignment is optimum. The tyre blocks channel and distribute contact pressure to reduce vibration and noise on long journeys. The Goodride GSR+1 is available at Tyres.co.uk.
