The Fronway EcoGreen 55 is a summer tyre designed for passenger cars that uses a unique method for the removal of water that causes aquaplaning. It is constructed with wide circumferential grooves that help evacuate water from the contact surface and allow for the tread to maintain contact with the road. It also contains channels that assist the tread in gripping a surface when accelerating or changing direction on a road that is less than optimally dry. The tread blocks on the outer edge of the tread design are constructed to provide stability of the tread design during the operation of a passenger vehicle in a roundabout or during the high speed operation of a passenger vehicle on a race track.
The design of the tread facilitates the even distribution of pressure during the operation of a passenger vehicle on a tread surface. This allows for the development of a wear pattern that is uniform, provided that the pressures of the tread are maintained and that the passenger vehicle is appropriately maintained on a regular interval.
