The Firestone RoadHawk 2 is a summer touring tyre that improves on wet braking and longevity compared to its predecessor, the RoadHawk. It uses Firestone’s ENLITEN technology, which reduces rolling resistance. ENLITEN requires less material because the technology uses a lighter casing. The RoadHawk 2’s tread compound offers wet grip for the tyre’s entire service life. The asymmetric pattern provides cornering support on the outer edge of the tyre and water-clearing on the inner edge.

Firestone’s RoadHawk 2 is the successor to the RoadHawk in their summer touring range. Firestone claims that the RoadHawk 2 shows an improvement of up to 20% in wear performance and 12% in rolling resistance when compared to the RoadHawk.
