The Firestone FD611 is a regional drive-axle commercial tyre designed for year-round use on mixed motorway and A-road work. The Firestone FD611 is made from tread blocks that give driven axle edges for working when pulling away and acceleration with a load. As the block tread is exposed to the elements, small slits provide extra edges for grip. Under the tread the FD611 features a reinforced casing to handle the rigors of high mileage commercial use that include heating and stress.
The reinforced design of the Firestone FD611 also protects the tyre from cuts that can be caused during daily commercial use. The FD611 Drive axle tyre is designed for short regional route use that includes a high frequency of starts, stops and sharp turning. The Firestone FD611 is stocked on our website Tyres.co.uk.
