The Dynamo Street-H MH01 tyre has a design specific to the UK, with ‘front to back’ channels to remove water from the tread and disperse it from the surface of the tyre. The horizontal channels are combined with slits to increase the number of contact edges with the road to improve grip when braking and cornering. The noise from rolling the tyre and the braking and cornering loads are also considered when designing the layout of the tread.
When the tyre pressure and wheel alignment are correct, the construction of the tyres will help them to wear evenly.
