The Dunlop SP SportMaxx TT tyres feature excellent summer performance and an emphasis on steering responsiveness. Dunlop uses Kevlar to enhance the sidewall structure. With the aramid fibres, the sidewall flex is diminished with increased cornering loads. Dunlop’s Multi Radius Tread differentiates the profile with 10 radii, and the resulting tread design helps pressure distribution. The outer dry cornering blocks of the tread design are complimented by water channel tread design of the inner blocks.
The SP SportMaxx TT uses a rubber compound with a higher silica content. This compound helps with wet traction and reduces rolling resistance. The SP SportMaxx TT is also available with the XL reinforced sidewalls for an increased load capacity. A rubber rim protector is available on some fitments.
