The Dunlop SP SportMaxx 050 RHD is an ultra-high-performance summer tyre designed with focus on steering response while travelling at speed on the motorway. The asymmetric tread combines with a solid outer shoulder and Dunlop’s Multi Radius Tread Technology to create a tread that has 10 radii across its width to offer progressive load distribution while cornering. Beneath the tread, Jointless Band Technology employs a belt that is continuously wound to help the tyre casing retain a round shape at high speeds.
XL Construction is reinforced and identified by the sidewall marking XL. It is designed for vehicles that operate at higher loads. The compound is a summer tyre and is formulated for use in warmer conditions, thus it is ineffective at temperatures below 7 degrees Celsius so it is designed for the conditions this tyre was made for.
