    Car tyre:

Designed for cars, rather than vans, 4x4s or commercial vehicles.

  • Tick Icon Reinforced (XL)
    Extra Load or Reinforced tyres:

A stronger sidewall lets this tyre carry more weight than a standard tyre of the same size. Marked XL on the sidewall.

  • Tick Icon Winter
    Winter tyres:

Designed for temperatures below 7°C. Summer tyre rubber hardens in the cold and loses grip, while a winter compound stays soft and holds the road in cold, wet and snowy conditions.

Product description & features

The Dunlop Grandtrek Winter M3 tyre for SUVs has a tread that is designed to keep flexible in winter. It features Dunlop’s Silica-Plus Compound that works to enhance grip on snow and ice, and even on wet roads. The V-shaped directional tread design promotes the rapid movement of water or slush away from the middle of the tread to the outer edges. There are deep grooves between the tread blocks and fine sipes that are dry when the tread is unloaded, and then open under load to form snow gripping edges.

Dunlop’s Multi-Radius Tread (MRT) design is based on a number of different curves that makes the tyre tread contact a larger area of the road. The M+S and 3PMSF markings on the sidewall indicate that the tread design is suitable for use in winter conditions and has also passed the required gripping snow test. The Dunlop Grandtrek Winter M3 is available for purchase at Tyres.co.uk.

Tyre review for Dunlop Grandtrek Winter M3 255/50R19 107V XL
Awesome handling in winter conditions. I feel like the grip has really improved on wet and slushy roads compared to the old tyres. These tyres also handle well on dry days. I will definitely choose these winter tyres again. Also really happy with the price.
