The Bridgestone Potenza S001 is a max-performance summer tyre aimed for quick steering response on the motorway and A-roads. It uses larger angled blocks on the outer tread to retain shape for load while cornering. The inner tread uses Bridgestone’s NanoPro-Tech compound which helps reduce build up heat. There is a continuous centre rib which supports braking and enhances the response of the steering.

Some models are marked with the BMW star mark and Mercedes MOE marking on the sidewall. This shows they were made for those specific manufacturers and complying with either marking keeps the original tyre specification for the vehicle. I've had these tyres for about a year and covered just over 7000 miles, and they've maintained excellent condition. I've had no issues with braking and they grip well around corners. I feel confident to drive a little more aggressively sometimes. My little two-seater handles great.

Great traction when raining. Since it's XL, the ride is a little firmer and a bit louder compared to non-XL versions, but the handling is certainly improved.
