The Bridgestone Duravis R-Drive 002 is designed specifically as a regional-haul drive-axle truck tyre focusing on durability and long-distance travel on paved surfaces. The directional tread develops water evacuation and debris clearing from the pattern using deep V-shaped channels. Gripping edges are created by tread block cutting. The reinforced casing handles the pulling force challenges of driven axles.

The Duravis R-Drive 002 features M+S and 3PMSF markings on the sidewall. The designates this tyre as approved for use in mud and snow and signifies the snow-traction standard for commercial tyres.
