Product description & features

Avon describes the ZV7 as their most advanced summer tyre. Focused on optimised wet-weather braking, the ZV7 employs an advanced polymer compound and uses an asymmetric tread pattern to evacuate standing water. The ZV7’s 3D sipes contain walls that form additional edges that provide grip on wet tarmac. The ZV7 incorporates a unique, rear to front groove design that allows water to be channelled through the centre of the tyre. The outer tread uses large, fully rubber blocks to increase grip and stability during cornering.

The ZV7 is the successor to the ZV5. Avon offers the ZV7 in XL construction, which are reinforced versions of the tyre. The entire ZV7 line is rated to 186mph and is certified to a Y speed rating. The EU label provides the ZV7 with an ‘A’ rating for wet grip in most of the available sizes. The ZV7 can be found in stock at Tyres.co.uk along with a majority of Avon's products.
