The APlus A867 is a budget-friendly passenger car tyre that is designed with an emphasis on wet road performance. This design removes the potential for water to get trapped in the centre of the tread due to the four main grooves that span around the tyre. Edge blocks of the tread assist with cornering. A variable pitch design is employed to space blocks in order to dampen the noise produced when the blocks come into contact with the road.

The design of the APlus A867 provides water with a channeling system to move from the centre of the tread to the outer edge of the tyre. This design provides optimum performance for the type of driving a typical passenger vehicle would undertake with the majority of driving being a mixture of city and motorway driving.
